Your project will have weekly status update reporting, answering the three main questions required for proper communication. This progress update, along with ongoing design, scheduling, supply and install communication ensures open communication throughout the build.

With over 25 years of experience and projects ranging in various stages of construction, Reprise has trade and supplier connections that provide you with numerous choices during your planning stage to open up product and design options you didn’t know you had.

We discuss your wants and needs, contact you with a preliminary estimate, and fine tune the project design to provide the outcome you want at a price within your budget.

Reprise will provide you with your project’s All In Quoted Price. It is the price, not just a price to complete. This is very important, as many contractors and remodeler’s work only on estimates, hoping that the low initial pricing will draw you in to an unrealistic commitment, only to raise the pricing as you move forward.

Communication with no surprise pricing!

Reprise will discuss and confirm with you exactly how your project build process will look. We go over all the details big and small, from budget, timeline and design options/fixtures, to the small important things like daily working hours, parking in the area, site cleanliness, etc. All details are addressed.

What if you change your mind for your design or finishes you would like? No problem! That’s normal, people change their minds! Reprise will work with you to go over options and deliver the finished product you want. It’s really no problem, we’ve done this before!
