Several beams needed to be removed and replaced with engineered LVL beams to satisfy the upstairs addition, and generally correct years of sagging floor issues.
This garage had a major fire, causing quite a bit of damage. Reprise completed a full rebuild on this garage, leaving the rear, side walls and roof left as original components.
